Product context
The terms apply to using Yieeha on web, iOS and Android.
Terms
These terms apply to the Yieeha website and app, including accounts, messages, media, QR linking and calls.
Before users create, upload or view user content, the app requires non-skippable consent to these terms and the Community Standards. The Privacy Notice remains separate.
Scope
This page summarizes the binding rules for the website and app.
The terms apply to using Yieeha on web, iOS and Android.
Product, scope and content may be adjusted. Important changes will be communicated clearly.
We operate the website carefully but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Use
The rules help prevent abuse and protect Yieeha as a trustworthy communication environment.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable or unlawful content and abusive users. Prohibited conduct includes threats, harassment, hate, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual intimate content and every form of CSAE or CSAM.
Official contact channels are the paths listed on support and legal pages.
If an account is created in the app, a deletion request can also be submitted there. Acceptance, status and retention follow the privacy process described here.
User content
User content must remain primarily non-sexual. Sexual content may only occur incidentally and is hidden by default; pornography, sexual entertainment and paid sexual services are not allowed.
An incoming message or a whole personal conversation can be reported in the app. Child safety is a dedicated report reason.
Contacts can be blocked separately from reporting. Reports and blocks are presented as distinct actions.
The Android version submitted to Google Play is consumption-only: it does not sell coins or paid media and does not direct users to external purchase paths. Paid calls may take place only live between two people, must not be recorded or replayable later, and must not involve sexual acts or services. Before purchases of digital content could be offered on Android, an eligible Google Play billing model would have to be implemented and reviewed again.
We may remove content, restrict features or accounts, and preserve required evidence. The action and duration depend on severity, recurrence, applicable law and necessary safety or evidence duties.
